All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received; with the original box they came without any tape or marks on the shoebox.
Please submit your return request by email with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within one hour after your email is received. All returns are subject to our approval based on the stipulations listed below.

Returns and exchanges sent back to us must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn’t returned within the allotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.
Return: Buyer pays for shipping back to us in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your payment account in the amount the buyer paid for the product less standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, a $14 shipping & handling fee ($14 for first 2 items and $5 for each additional item) will be retained to cover shipping charge.
*All returns from outside the USA will be charged for the actual shipping fee, as the promotion on shipping fee doesn’t apply to the orders being returned.
Exchange: Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to us with a $12 money order (do not send check). If you are sending more than 1 item back for exchange, then it will be $12 for the first item and $6 for each additional item. The shipping fee will be used to ship the exchanged item(s) back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to us must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.
We will gladly pay shipping charges and only accept returns on items if:
- Item is defective.
- Wrong item or model was shipped.
We will not issue refunds on items if:
- The product was the correct model ordered, but did not fit the customer’s needs.
- Please be advised that due to some styles being rare, in some cases half sizes are not available so your order may be shipped in a size rounded up to the next whole size.
- Item shipped was correct and not defective, but did not meet customer’s expectations.
Guidelines to accept exchanges on items:
- We cannot exchange worn merchandise. No exceptions.
- We cannot exchange clothing without tags attached.
- We cannot exchange any items that were sold as final sale items.
- Shoeboxes must be returned in new-like condition; the box should not be taped or marked up. Exchange items must be properly packaged.
- Customer must pay to ship the item back to us for all exchanges
